I was telling the robots about how I’ve been feeling like I was “in a slump” lately. They didn’t quite understand and tried to equate it to “voltage sag.” I drew them a picture and I could tell their neural networks were making new connections.









Ignoring its surroundings, the robot strode through the abandoned halls. The bright light streamed through the high windows illuminating nothing but forgotten purpose.

The robots have been very busy preparing for the Versus Comic Con. They’re starting to feel a little burned out!

The robot turned it’s attention from its drink and regarded me quietly, steadily. The last time I had been looked at that way was by a cat. Not as a threat; not prey; but as a subject worthy of some small amount of attention.
